Todd Weaver is an inventor and engineer, who spent much of his career designing components and systems for aircraft, gas turbines, rocket engines, robotics, automotive, simulators and a variety of mechanical products. He initiated and holds multiple patents in the US and EU.

Weaver co-owns TruGrit Traction Inc. and TruGrit Traction EU Ltd, which design and produce high-performance components for the "trenchless" robotic piping inspection and rehab industries.

Todd holds a Florida General Contractor license and has rehabbed and built homes and commercial buildings in several Florida locations. 

Weaver is a retired 2-term Winter Park City Commissioner, where he promoted enhancement of parks, trees and greenspaces and other eco-friendly policies for the city. He currently lives in a 100 percent solar-powered home with a native-plant yard in Winter Park.
