Phil Anderson

Mr. Anderson has more than 35 years of leadership experience in healthcare real estate and currently acts as Chief Investment Officer for Bridge Seniors Housing Fund Manager, which manages private equity real estate funds with over $3 Billion of seniors housing assets.

Prior to the formation of Bridge Seniors, Mr. Anderson served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of CNL Retirement Properties, Inc., a public, non-listed REIT focused on Seniors Housing properties and medical facilities.

Mr. Anderson subsequently co-headed capital markets for the national Seniors Housing efforts of Cushman and Wakefield, Inc.

Prior to joining CNL, Mr. Anderson worked with the Hyatt Corporation, transitioning from hotel development to seniors housing as the seniors housing affiliate was launched.  Combined, Mr. Anderson and his teams have been involved in over $8 Billion of real estate assets.

Mr. Anderson has previously served as a City Commissioner for the City of Winter Park from 2008 to 2011. In addition, he has been a member of the American Seniors Housing Association since 1994, has served as a member of the board of directors of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care Industries, as a board member to Westminster Retirement Communities, a not-for-profit manager of continuing care retirement communities, and as a board member for Legacy Point, a to-be-developed CCRC with service ties to the University of Central Florida.

Mr. Anderson received his Bachelor of Science with honors in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
